First time in years I decided to buy a new car rather than lease.
Knew when I test drove the MCS that I would be a mini owner for the rest of my life.

I just purchased a Pepper White/white, black hood stripes, leatherette, basic stereo, premium, cold weather etc. Have fallen in love. Am away in the family Seqouia for a couple days and all I can think of is my Mini. This is a real sickness, isn't it?

Everytime I show my friends my new car i am sure to put them in the driver's seat and say "Go on, floor it! See what she can do". Timidly, they press the gas, I say again, "No, really, step on it!!" When it takes off they get this look on their face as if to say, "uh oh, this is cool!" Invariably, they finish the test drive and say, "Wow! That IS A GREAT car!".

This site and White Roof Radio were HUGE contributing factors for me buying my MCS. Thanks to everyone for their enthusiasm and honesty.

Like yourself I have spent a few days in my "old" car after I took delivery of the MINI and found it really difficult to get my mind off the MINI!

These cars are awesome!!! I'm glad to hear that you're clued in to the thought that some of the greatest enjoyment we get from our MINIs is to see how others enjoy them! I had similar experiences. The day after I bought my MINI I spent the entire day riding around to visit my friends and letting them all drive and enjoy the MINI. Everyone LOVED it.

I tried to make sure that everyone got to fly around a cloverleaf intersection (or 4...haha).

I've got the same problem with trying to drive other cars now. I drove my sister's new Dodge Nitro the other day and had the hardest time trying to park it. I love the fact that I can park my Mini just about anywhere without worrying about the space being to small. (I love my Mall for putting planters with trees in the lot because there is always 1 spot on every row with either a Motorcyle in it or a Mini becuase no one else can fit)
