Is my MCS Hunt over...??? YES, updated

I think I found the MCS I'm looking for, just wanted thoughts from others here
I think the price is fair, but I would probably offer $22,000. Has new tires as well. 30 something woman driven. Thanks for any input. CarFax came back clean, although I don't think the car was serviced at a MINI dealer due to location.

looks like a good deal. at the dealership, you would expect to pay around $5K more. Any info on the MINI's warranty - 4 yr or 36K miles or does it have the extended warranty? Still..looks like a good deal.

Factory warranty is 4 years/50/000 mi, bump to bump/3 years/36,000mi covered maintenance. An extended warranty could add more. Sounds like a reasonable deal.
