I just put my new wheels on and am awaiting a checkered graphics package. I am also having the front and rear bumpers as well as the bottom side trim airbrushed to look like carbon fiber. This should all be accomplished within the next week, then I can post her photo. You wouldn't dare ask me to show photos of a lady before she was presentable would you? Trust me, I'm dying to show her off!!!

In the four months I've been on the board, that is definitely the best reason from a newb not to post pics that I've read yet.

You got it. I'll make sure to post a new thread with her all "GUSSIED" up. I'm new to the MINI craze, but built a 79 Jeep CJ7 from the ground up and he's a really handsome guy if I do say so myself. My MINI is the new girl on the block and I've even seen my Jeep turn and look at her as she enters the garage. he he (He's a performance chip off the old supercharged block!!) Can't wait to see your checkered gal as well. Maybe the two can be "pan pals" when it's all said and done!!
Yep, doing some more checkered mods soon (Aesthetic Creations put some things together for me and they're in the mail as I write). So far, here's what I have that's checkered:
*Mirror Caps
*Rearview Mirror Cap
*Valve Stem Covers
*Gas Flap Lid
*Warning Labels (on sun visors)
*Checkmate Eyes under the bonnet
I'll be posting pics of the new mods soon. Can't wait to see yours too, MM !
