obligatory hi all : )
Hi all!
I bought a pewter 02 Mini S about a month ago and I must say that it has been an unparalleled driving experience. I love it. Her name is Sadie and she is my first car with a standard transmission. Thankfully, the clutch on the Mini is very forgiving and it was easy enough to learn (with a thankfully patient teacher whom I occasionally refer to as my bf
). Even in my inexperience with a clutch, the shifting is nearly seemless (and has been increasingly smooth as I've been learning). I'm sure once I get more used to NAM I'll be posting some pictures of her, once I get to go on a much anticipated photo op drive. Any advice and hellos are always welcome. 
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and see who's around.
Motor on, all!
