I joined NAM a couple of days ago. Have made a few posts and already came in contact with some very helpful people and info. I picked up my 06 CR/B MC on Halloween 2005( The day after my birthday, a great gift from me to me!!) and the fun hasn't stopped. Have met some great people while out motoring. I am so excited to join this site and get started. Hope to get to meet some of you on MTTS as it comes through VA.

 

Hey! I'm thinking about trying to get in on the Charlottesville MTTS action too - I probably won't have my car by then, but I just sort of want to check it out.

We are planning on doing the c-ville,dc,nj legs. How much longer on your car? I hated the waiting! I am a Kathryn too!!! Will have to let me know about c-ville,it seems like MINI hasn't decided on anything for the night of arrival. I guess they will do something.

Hello to a fellow "Kathryn" My car probably won't be in until mid-September but I still think it would be fun to get in on the action. Plus, I just graduated from UVA, so it'd be nice to be back in Charlottesville for a bit. I can live vicariously through other MINI owners til mine comes!

I should know whether or not I can make it fairly soon.

First, welcome to NAM!

Here's a great tip I've learned over the time (less than a year) I've been on NAM: "Search" is your friend. There is literally only one question, idea, thought, mod, or problem I haven't found a post, fix, or discussion already post on the boards. The more you surf NAM, the better you'll get at the Search feature. Quite a time-saver in the long haul!

Hey snooter thanks for the welcome. We were in Florida in May in the ladybugmc, went kind of all over and all the way to Key West. Which we LOVED and must return to soon!!

 

That stinks sounds like your car will barely miss getting here in time. Just let me know if you will be in c-ville. I am going to be in Richmond on Tues. to have the 1st oil change done on the car finally and service for 10k.

I am waiting for the word from Dc Metro MINIs that I am official, should be any day. I am so excited. We vacationed in Florida in May in ladybugmc. She's been all the way Key West, in which we must go back, LOVED IT!!! Thanks for the welcome...Are you doing any of MTTS?

 

No Mike at Aesthetic Creations did it at AMVIV last March.

 

I haven't heard of them. Found Cooper Flags in MC2 so contacted them about making the graphics and now I am just waiting to get them. We are doing the c-ville to the end of MTTS. I had hoped to do St. Louis to the end but work(inventory) stopped that as of right now.

 

If you click onto the vender directory, you can find anything you want.

 

There is so much to check out this site...it's addicting as is the MINI!!!!
