We are in the process of purchasing an 03 mini.
expected pick up is Thursday.
My wife has already ordered stripes, and looking for mini eyes that aren't "mean" looking.
I am reading up on pullies, and exhaust.
The car will be "hers" but it will have a bit of my influence in the mods....heh heh....
So as long as everything goes well, there will be an exchange in mini ownership on this board.

I think my Wife is more excited than I am about getting the car.
She keeps saying "beep beep" and shaking her booty. She even took off a half a day today because she couldn't stay still.
ok im out in about an hour to start the drive and check it out.

 

Well we got it.
First mod was at a gas station taking off the front license plate holder, next wife is getting it tinted today.

Take good care of her. I'm stuck driving a Corolla until I get a new car. I miss my mad little mini.

It already has tint, and stripes got here this weekend.

I am putting the DVD player in it from the "travelling" car this week also.

So yeah....lots of changes for "zippy" as my Wife calls the car.

 

Be patient with the eyes. StupidGirl and Tuls are working on a design for me with 99% less evil and 99% more cute!

 

Congratz! I have been thinking about the eyes as well. Remember there is nothing that smells sweeter than driving a Mini in the morning!

It is the Wifes daily driver. She is getting the hang of driving the manual. For not driving but two other vehicles that had manuals, she is doing great.
