Help name my MINI

I don't know if most of you have a name for your MINI or not. Would like some ideas for naming mine.

Would like to use a male, British name (of course). Something fun, a bit distiguished but not too stuffy.

Ideas?

Thanks!

Well if that isn't a sign, I don't know what is! That is THE name I have on the top of my list! Thanks for the input!

Do you have a name for your baby?

I second Winston.

Me...I'm still up in the air. My two favorites at the moment are Pippin (yes, the hobbit) and Merlin (not just the wizard - Merlin is also the name of the engine that powered the Spitfire).

Churchill. Hmmm...not bad. Funny on the Simon name. I like it. In fact, I have a turtle named Simon.

How about Nigel?

Also kind of like Dexter (not sure it's English but it sounds that way).

More suggestions on the way I'm sure. Thanks!

I like Pippin. Seems to fit a MINI. I think of the magician when I think of Merlin.

It's a very personal decision!

How about Stanley? As in Stanely Laurel in Laurel and Hardy. For some reason I am attracted to the old TV characters.

I'm leaning the same way...I could see having to explain to everyone "no, not Merlin the magician..."

You can asign a paper name to your MINI. But it will tell you its pet name.
You never hear a show dog's owner call his pet, "Champion Guilding the Lilly of the Valley." they usually call them simpler names.

MINI IN BLACK is the official name, but MrsDiff and I have pet names for MIB.
