Hiya from a newbie
Hiya all,
I just recently bought a new '06 MCS. I haven't had a sports car, '86 RX7, in close to 10 years and for the last 7 years I've been driving a '99 Grand Cherokee. I recently bought my wife a Jeep Unlimited, but to make sure that's the car she wanted I took her to the Mini dealer in Annapolis just to see what her reaction was. She stuck to her guns and still wanted her Jeep. Ever since then we have been talking about the Mini and how much we liked it. Well 2 weeks ago my Jeep was starting to have engine and transmission problems so I was going to get a new Jeep
. Things at the Jeep dealer didn't go the way I was hoping so we starting looking around and wound up back at Tate Mini. Two hours later, I become the pround owner of a black on black on black MCS. It's a real fun car, I love it
. Even though I got the car off the lot it's almost exactly the way I would have odered it. Few things missing, but nothing that I'm sure can't be done later, like the wheels. Anyway, been reading the boards here and there trying to learn what I can about my car and I thought I would post here just to say hiya all. And yes, this is actually my second post. My first one was about windowing tinting in the area, I really would mind something a little darker on the glass. Anyway hiya and hope to see you all around.

Congrats!!! You bought the best car around. And if you're anything like us, you'll be getting another (cuz you won't want to fight over it with your wife)
BTW, love the Black/Black color. Ours looks a little different with a sticker or 2 however.
