Well the last pic of the liberty will be the last for a while from AISLive at least until it gets into American water. She is safely in the Atlantic but AISLive's reaches only go out so far.
Time to search for another ship tracker or wait until it gives out some weather reports!

I did not go with either front or rear fogs. Would have liked to fill the switch panel, but we rarely have an issue with fog in Houston.

Don't have too many problems with fog out here in the DC area but it does happen. I went with the option after the fact from reading these boards. I like that switch will fill out my switch pannel and people also seem to use it as a way of telling people to get off there butt! Tailgating is something I cannot stand and if my slowing down does not get there attention then I know this super bright rear fog will.

HEMI: Thanks. Looks like LIBERTY reports in every eight hours or so....

http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/shi...html?call=WRYX

Intersting, if you select a track history of 3000+ hours, you can see the LIBERTY took a much more southern route across the pond the end of January. Looks like it is tracking similar to a route taken in November. I'm sure it was a detour due to weather, which makes me think I'm glad we did not order during hurricane season.

Yeah, I got the front and rear fogs too. Austin gets fog now and then due to the river running right through town, plus I liked the idea of using the rear fog as a safer version of the "stop tailgating me!" brake check.

Talked to my MA in regards to my possible delivery day! At the very latest they are thinking 3/21 but it will most likely be the weekend before (3/18). Of course the dates can slide either way depending on how long the VPC has the car. My dealer is located about an hour and half from NY but the VPC is a lot closer...NJ.

Have you guys talked to your MA lately in regards to possible delivery dates?

Working with Ed over at CooperFlags for a design for my sunroof...still in the design stages but the first draft looks good.

Keep in mind some MA's are even more clueless than we are regarding shipping/delivery. I asked cuople of weeks ago when mine was still waiting for transport, was told "uh... about a week to 10 days." Honestly, I doubt this kid (most MA's I've seen are no older than early 20's) even knew where England was.

Yeah I noticed that we were bumped a day early this AM. The 13nth is a Sunday so I am not sure of how much of anything will be done with the cars that come off the boat then. I am hoping for a quick trip over to the VPC by Monday or Tuesday and then to my dealer by Tuesday night or Wednesday morning and then me in the car by Saturday. I can dream right?

LOL too funny! I am lucky I guess...my MA is pretty good but yes he is pretty young. I visited all of the MINI dealers in my area and all of the MA's ssemed like regular BS artists and did not want to have anything to do with me when I told them that I was not going to order something that day. I met my current MA at an autoshow up in Baltimore...he was very upfront and honest and a sense of humor which goes a long way. So everything has been done over the phone...I have never even seen what this dealership looks like!

The LIBERTY is halfway here! She has made her course change that will bring her into the main shipping lanes. I placed an updated pic in my gallery.

Less than a day out...actually she is sitting off the coast of long island as I type this. She will be coming up on AISLive here very soon for live play-by-play action.

My owners lounge says to expect delivery on the 17nth. Anyone else get update to there owners lounge?

Unfortunately, I do not see any information when I select Order Details. Not sure why, but it has been like that from the beginning.

Is the "expected delivery" date when it shows up at the dealer? Are you getting any dealer installed options?

I've seen where a car can sit at the VDC for several days. Sure hope it does not happen to us!

I believe the expected delivery is when I should be motoring around in it! I am not exactly sure but I am hoping I am right. The VDC is about an hour away from my actual dealer so I am hoping it does not take that long.

The dealer is installing the invisashield and rear fog....about an hour for the fog and 4 or more for the clear bra. My MA is hoping for this weekend.

The Liberty will dock in NY long enough to offload some vehicles and then its on its way to Baltimore to do the same thing. Total time in NY will be less than 24 according to the schedule.

The Liberty is well on her way to Baltimore. Mine was discharged yesterday at 8:00 AM. Not exactly sure where it is at this time and my MA has not been much help.

FIXXXER is a name of a song by Metallica

There doesn't seem to be any ability to track once it hits the dock. Surely you would think there should be tracking for the truck from the VDC. What does the MA say for estimated delievery?
