Production Week 4 Support Group
Bill:
Four to five days to get a car from the Port of Newark to Princeton, NJ? Holy Sh**! I was hoping that my MINI would unload on 2/10 (Friday) and be at the dealer 2/13 (Monday). Since I am only having a sportlink installed, I was really hoping to pick her up around 2/15 at the latest. I'm really getting antsy! :impatient
Glad to hear that you made it safely to Princeton.

Agh! The WW site is down! :-(
Did anyone who checked Booking Number GBSOU393988 get a list of the VIN's which made it? If so, can you check to see if VIN WMWRE335X6TL20870 got on?
As of 1:36 P.M EST, here is the result:
WMWRE335X6TL20870 RECEIVED AT TERMINAL SOUTHAMPTON 31/01/2006 04:27 8E01755J PRIOR GN03 SVD
Hopefully, Integrity is still loading.

oh no SweetTea! Thats so disappointing!
When were you released to the carrier??
Bluezke - Yes! I am loaded on Integrity.
sambusik - I'm not that shocked that one of us is on a non WW ship. I posted early in the thread that a friend of mine who bought one of the first 06s wasn't on a WW ship so he couldnt track his. I'll see if he was on the Franconia.. maybe he has some links for a better way to track it.

Integrity - NOT!
saakey . . . The Integrity pictured above is not our baby - that's a Great Lakes hauler of the same name. I haven't been able to come up with a good stock shot of our ship. As stated here earlier, all east coast MINI's are offloaded either in NYC (Jersey actually) or Charleston as these ports are where MINI has vehicle prep shops. BTY, Southampton Port radar shows Integrity about to clear the Isle of Wight and head into the great KNOWN! Oh how I've waited for this moment - even though I'm now left with little to wonder about anymore. :impatient
Man you guyz are NUTZ!!!
I work for BMW and I still don't know what boat my car is on?!?!?? But I do know that its on the 20th boat.......by month end I should be back in DA MINI!!!
Having sold my last car in Dec and having to drive a Honda makes me appreciate the RATTLES........the wait is killn me.

I was released to the carrier on 1/31. Have no idea what is going on.
Even more frustrating is that I cannot get on to the WW site (still "Server Down") to just see for myself. Ah well. It's a beautiful Saturday, must head out and enjoy it!
Congratulations to everyone who made it on the Integrity! Here's to a safe voyage! :-)

Bon Voyage Integrity
Southampton Port radar is showing the last tracks of Integrity - she's gettin' on now. Probably no more word or "sight" of her for a day or two now before she shows up on the sailwx.info site.
Might just be time to pop the ol' cork on that bottle I've been saving!

Picture of INTEGRITY
Hong
. . . over on the Prod. Wk. 5 thread found a good shot of the INTEGRITY. Now if someone could just create an animation of it plodding through the water, I could use it as a screensaver for the next 8 days!
Got Don Pasquale

David, you have to upload some pics when you get Bluzeke. I stayed up nights thinking about Tartan Red + Black with the SB/S, but eventually went with the cloth. I haven't been disappointed, but I think yours is going to really look great!
So the crossing portion of the trip comes down to following a series of red dots over the ocean as the ship plods along. Funny thing.......is that every time a new dot shows up on the map it renews my happiness.

The wait continues... My MA said that the car won't be ready until next Thursday or Friday - almost another week, but since I won't be able to pick it up until Saturday morning it WILL be another week. I am having JCW suspension, OEM alarm, and a bunch of other dealer options installed so I was counting on an additional couple days at least.
You know what the funny thing is ??? I just got by email my "new owner's survey" (the one where I am supposed to give nothing but "high fives"...) with the notation that "don't worry - if you don't respond we will call you by phone..." My wife thinks I should respond right now and mark everything "N/A" or "I don't know"......
Bill
ps I did a road trip yesterday down to one of the only two sources for Zaino products in New Jersey (a dealer on Route 9 in Howell) and got a full set of Zaino goods. Hoping the weather cooperates next weekend.....

. . . looks like you didn't make it - you're still a "r.a.t." (received at terminal)
