Anyone know of a MINI club in the Virginia Hampton Roads area?

 

Patriot is getting closer....fun to track its about 3/4 way here by the looks of it not bad for 5 days at sea....

I was, just tried entering the VIN in lowercase, still no luck.

I was just looking at the W & W page before getting on here and I was thinking the same thing....

I think it has to mean delays....The Patriot position hasn't been updated in a day but I doubt it is going to make port today in NY, probably tomorrow, my guess is the cargo sits there until Sunday or Monday before offloading, same will probably happen to me with expected docking on New Years Eve....

No biggie..its almost here and I still have a car to sell

Well the Patriot is at the dock in NY now according to the AISlive site, probaby refers to when its leaving...the 26th

 

A little update -- I called up the ASKMINI hotline yesterday and now it's saying "Your vehicle is in transit, call your dealer for additional tracking info", so I called up my MA who told me that it looks like my car will port in LA on the 15th, and from there it will take 7-10 days to get to the dealer, then he didn't know how long it would take to install the aero kit, driving lamps and security system (aero kit will probably be installed at the port actually). I asked him what ship it was on and he just said that he didn't know.

Preetttty sketchy... I'm going to need the car by Jan. 30 when school starts. Hopefully that will work out.

My MCS is on the NYK Line ship "Blue Hawk" which sailed from Southampton 12/23 for Calif with an estimated voyage of 23 days. That's a Jan 15 arrival!
Maybe you're on it also.

 

I bet I am, have you found a way to track it yet?

I am still waiting for mine to leave! It had a production date of 12/18 and as of 12/19, it has been waiting to be released to carrier. THIS WAIT IS KILLING ME!!!

my wife ordered my MINI right after thanksgiving, and taped the productions sheet to an aero gill that she gave me for christmas....12/12 build date, landing in NY on 12/29!

so, i only need to wait a week or so!!!

Has anyone run into the ship name PONL Genoa?

My status changed from awaiting shipping to en route sometime on or around the 24th but I found out too late to glean information from the southampton shipping movements page and I'm not sure if that's what my car is on.

 

What are everyone's tentative delivery dates right now according to the Owner's Lounge?

Mine: December 30th 2005

 

the print out that our MA gave my wife on the 22nd shows that my MCS was born on 12/12 and is on the Boheme expecting to land stateside on 12/29!
