Well it seems I have been confirmed for a december build date. Sigh, the wait is like a slow death in my soul. Yet, I have time to name her. Yes, shes a girl, at least I know that much.

I was curious if any of you out there were crazy enough to see if you could watch the production of your mini? I know I would sit there all week and watch her getting built. .

At least I now have a production number. Gotta love the long gruiling wait. It's been a month already, I'm not sure I can make it till week 50.

 

GOD help this poor soul! I thought week 45 was going to kill me. That must be a week Between Christmas and New Years build!

 

It's horrible. I'm dying to meet her, and love her. I want my baby

 

So how did you get such a late production number? The last I heard we were at production week 45. What happened to weeks 46-49? I just ordered mine on Oct 1st and I'm in week 44 so at the worst you should be in week 46.
I wonder if there is a huge order for dealers for the Christmas holidays, or maybe the plant closes for extended holidays or something? Then again, maybe I just lucked out and got a vehicle that my dealer already ordered and they just made changes to it.

I mean if it was done soon I would be so happy, but I doubt that is the case :(.

 

Closer to 48+, if it's December.

 

There was a huge gap between weeks 40 and weeks 45 as well. Finally a week 43 appeard.

I think that only 10% to 25% of people intelegent enough to purchase a MINI are intelegent enough to be on NAM!

 

It's going to be a long and hard jurney I can see.
