As the topic said I'm new to the forums and am looking to buy my first Mini soon.

A little personal bit, I'm Smokey4's son so Minis run in the family and I figured it's time for me to join the club.

I figured I check up here and see the scoop on Mini

You'll have to excuse pants, he's busy working 2 jobs, 16+ hours a day, at least 6 days a week to get the money together for his car. Last I heard it was going to be a Cooper, but I've been getting a lot of email lately about MCS's, so only time will tell!

I'm already planning the photo shoot, what with staging, lighting, costums etc; there's a lot that has to be figured out!

P.S. With the MINI, he'll finally qualify for a slot in the garage

 

LOL!! Cool... Our MINIs STILL don't qualify for a spot in our garage...we need a 6 car garage - LOL!!!

Yeah as far as the details go, I haven't worked them all out yet. Basically which ever I get as a good deal.

I've seen MCs and MCSs that were all really nice, so it's hard to tell. It's most likely going to be used, but you never know I guess.

I have preference to BRG any of the blues, and pure silver, the pepper white is really nice too... actually all the colors look great. I most likely will not get red or dark silver, since those are already in the family.

We'll see how things go and you guys will definately see some pictures
