My MA is telling me it's going to take 8 weeks for delivery after production is complete. This seems a bit long to me since the trip across the pond is to the east coast, not the west coast. Is she just padding it to suprise me early?

If you ordered from Baron MINI in KC, can you post your production date / delivery date? Any other comments on experience with Baron would also be apreciated.

When I ordered from Baron, placed order 6/25/05, my MA told me 6-8 weeks from that date. That would put it around the middle of August.

I just found out this morning that mine started production yesterday, so maybe that is correct. We shall see. I just can't wait. :smile:

 

6 weeks seems a bit more reasonable. it was about 7 weeks from order to delivery for me to Classic in Mentor, Ohio.

 

I would say somewhere in the 6-8 week range. While I think a good number of cars are delivered in the 6 week range, there are times when catching a boat can take a couple tries and the VDC can get backed up a bit which could easily add an additional 2 weeks to the trip to the dealer.

 

Mine finished production 6/3 and I picked it up on 6/30, so almost 4 weeks. It did take 9 weeks from ordering to delivery though.
