We do get a steady stream of folks getting new MINIs. It's still pretty exciting for them, yes, but I think most of us are very familiar with the excitement of new MINI ownership. The really funny thing is that, to some extent, that thrill kinda stays with you because motorin' is just so much fun.

So did you have to wait long for your MCS??? Got plans to take it to the track?

Congrats!!! Yep - we have one of those old boring MINIs also. We figured we would spice it up a little this time by getting the topless version so it wouldn't be quite a ho-hum....LOL!!! Happy Motoring....

I just got a boring ol' Mini, too. I took it out to the desert this weekend through a lot of twisty roads. I got so bored with all the smiling and laughing and the butterflies in my stomach. Just awful!

So are you saying you got a HB/Blk 05 MCS with no options except for LSD?
If so then you have the very best bang per buck possible.
An incredible value and ultimate in performance for a stock MCS.

Now go out there and finish your break in so that you can really motor around like the MINI gods had intended.

The 05 MCS with manual transmission and LSD is NEVER going to be boring unless you want it to be boring.

 

My Wanda is so "boring," I just HAVE to keep driving her back and forth across this great country to amuse Wanda and ME!

Well, all of this excitement had me in a tizzy. I still have another whole month until I finally get to be "bored" myself with the arrival of my "typical" MCS. Yes, it's "only" Jet Black with "unremarkable" white roof. Those bonnet stripes are so "mundane," I'm sure neither I nor others will ever notice them. Sigh.


I guess I should have gotten a minivan . . .
