I’m new to this I have 4 first gen minis currently and have had 5 total it all started when my grandma bought her r50 20 years ago it was a 2002 mini cooper base 5 speed and I had a ton of memories In that car and I purchased it from her 2 years ago with 89000 miles on it she had the transmission changed with 58000 miles with a new dealer unit and it lasted till 98000 and I have since bought an r 53 donor car and swapped the motor and transmission into her old car i’m trying to learn how to program all the modules myself if possible thanks for the post What the car looks like currently What the car looks like currently Test drive on the swap Bought the red R 53 for the hood and bumper staging for swap Made the donor car drive and bought another R 53 to drive while doing the swap This is the R 53 donor car This is how the car was when I got it
