Hi NAM this is my first post, but certainly not my first time here. I rebuilt my 2011 R56 S last year (with the help of this forum) and have been happily driving it ever since. I'll try to take some decent photos tomorrow and post a progression if anyone is curious.

Last winter I replaced the timing chain at 72k to be safe (after repairing another salvage mini with a snapped--yes, snapped-- timing chain at 130k miles. Other than that it's been reliable for me, and I've got about 5k miles on so far!

Lately I've been playing with the power to get some more out, but nothing crazy since it needs to stay "reliable"

So far I've done all the turbo piping, intercooler, intake, and the NM power adder. GFB DV+ is going on next week, and short shift kit/exhaust are coming soon It pulls SO much better than stock, and I'm very happy with it where it is.
