New Mini owner, need help!
Hi, I am looking really hard at buying a mini, but it needs new headlight assembly's. Problem is, they came from the factory with HID assembly's, which I cant afford to replace. Is it possible to swap them with the less expensive halogen assembly? (marketed on Rock Auto with the HID lights) I'm worried that the wiring is different for the HIDs, and/or the computer will not be set to use the different type. The car is a 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S (R55). I'm very new to the whole community so any and all information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
