Purchased a used 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S. Would have preferred manual, but I gave in to the family thing and have the 6 speed automatic, paddle shifter things...

Just don't ask questions like, "I just bought a mini how can I make it faster?" and some such.

Dam. That was going to be my next question as I am still trying to figure it out.

 

One can make it faster by placing your right foot to floor and starting from first gear and end up at 6th gear at 130+mph. Will post a pic soon. Need to get rid of the silly IMO side mirrors with an image I do not care for, but to each their own.

 

 

LOL. Providing this is on a race track. Also it tops out in 5th gear as 6th is very low for economy.

 

Yes absolutly on a track, got a wife and kids and so I do not think she would appreciate the ticket and hike in our insurance premiums. Those days are behind...
