05 R53 MFSW retrofit

Hi all, I have come accross some trim pieces for a multifunction steering wheel, and wanted to know if it would be possible to swap them in on my steering wheel that does not have them.

Parts I am looking to aquire.

I have looked around and have not really found a clear answer on whether or not it is possible to swap these onto a non-MFSW.
My thing is tho, I have an aftermarket radio, and the equipment to hook up the volume controls, so in theory, I should be able to just swap them in. I dont have cruise control, nor do I care about it, so that is of no concern.
If anyone has any suggestions/has done anything similar please let me know. Also hopefully this is ok as my first post lmao.
