question about supercharger
Unless something is wrong with your supercharger, you probably have the stock enclosed airbox which isn’t letting any noise out. You need a cold air intake to really hear the supercharger whine. There are several aftermarket versions, or you can Google “davef airbox” for a great and inexpensive way to make one yourself.
If you go the DIY route, I prefer to use a non-oiled Amsoil nano-filter instead of an oiled K&N filter. The Amsoil filter that fits the factory JCW airbox is EaAU3570, and should also work in a DIY airbox. You just need to make sure to get the correct size and angle elbow connector for it. Also, I would take the back panel off before drilling the hole so you don’t accidentally damage the brake lines right behind it.
