It should be noted that the Alta Belt Tensioner Link can not be used with the 15% reduction pulley on a 2003 Mini Cooper S after several failed attempts. Their is no belt size available that isn’t either too big or too small. The stock Belt for the 03 Mini Cooper S is K060547 which is 13/16” x 55 1/4” with the stock belt tensioner. a 15% reduction pulley with stock belt tensioner calls for a K060535 belt Which is 13/16” 54 1/4” which is too small to use with the Alta belt tensioner link because there is not a enough adjustment in the link to reduce it down to get the belt on the same goes for a K060539 which is 13/16” 54 1/2” is also too short of a belt to use with the Alta belt tensioner Link. I even tried cutting the link down so there was more adjustment but that did not work as well with all this time put into trying to get this to work to no avail. Hope this helps.
