Belt Tensioner + 15% Alta Pulley HELP!

Hello, I just installed a 15% Alta 2.0 pulley and now when trying to install new belt, ALL of the recommended belts are tooo big! (Napa 60539/60535/60547 & the Gatorbelt 60537) They gave me a smaller 60495 and it seems to fit (although no holes show on the belt tensioner).
  • Any ideas why such a drastic change in belt size????
  • Could I have damaged my belt tensioner?
  • What is the proper spec for the belt tensioner and seeing holes?
I am baffled

The car is a 2005 Cooper S convertible.

Check that the belt is routed in the correct configuration. You should not be able to get a 495 on the pulleys.
