Hello and Intro
I've been lurking off and on since we got our first MINI, an R53 maybe 5 years ago- better late--r than never I guess. The R53 is the wife's daily driver and it is mostly stockish looking with the exception of K&N filter, 15% reduction pulley, a Sprint Booster, and EBC pads - very fun car! A few weeks ago, we decided to add another to the fleet since we commute together now, no an 2019 MCS is in order. I will post some more pix in the wheels/tires sections for the F60 so check them out!

Thank you ECS Tuning and miniCPA - Will try to lend a hand in some of these threads when I can...We just got an nm engineering power module from ECS Tuning- still sitting in the box. Wife wants to get use to the F60 a little bit more before installing the unit so can't wait to see what it'll do. Definitely feels like it could use another 30-40 hp to be where it should be. First impression is that it leans a little in turns so perhaps a rear sway bar mod is down the line.

New here too... 1st time MINI Owner!
I’m so happy to have found NAM! Great reading and information. New MINI owner, picked up a 2019 Countryman S- not sure what took me so long, I’ve been admiring MINIs for decades!
Nice to be not the only newbie here. Love seeing everyone’s rides.
Pretty stock, but looking forward to personalizing with some black Union Jack accessories and who knows what else? Love driving this car, makes me smile constantly. I even love sitting in traffic!

Hi Lance - Great! Do post some pix when you get a chance. They are fun cars for sure...modern/contemporary while not looking like any other cross-over out there. Some of the reviews mentioned about lack of space blah blah blah- for our need and requirement, it is the perfect size vs fun factor! Just got a new air filter for it and a power module waiting for install.

So a quick update: I just installed a PiperCross air filter element for Beluga- fits great and will see if this does anything over OEM. While I was taking some things off, I was hoping to throw the NM tuner module on there- 2 plugs, what can go wrong right?! Welp, turns out the 2 connectors that came with the module are connected by a "yellow jumper" wire that is like 3 inches a part- the connectors are therefore 3 inches a part, all part of a wiring loom that is like 2 fts long! The actual connectors from the engine bays are like a 12" a part- How can I get it to work? ECS tuning or anyone? Kind of a head-scratcher/wth moment for me...
Okay so I was a little rushing before but figured it out...so no issues with the connection at all. It is designed that way to allow the unit to intercepts the T-Map signals...all the connectivity is physically happening at the T-Map junction, nothing else. Earlier, I thought one of the other connectors needs to go to the MAF sensor is the reason for the confusion on my part. Carry on...
