First Post!

Howdy all,

Just came across this forum and all I can say is wow! I recently bought an 05 MCS (Ordered Aug 04 picked up Oct 04). Dark Silver with black top and bonnet stripes. I have all 3 packages and as an after thought have added chrome line exterrior myself albeit it was at a piecemeal rate. I have also put in several interior lighting mods to include underdash cold cathodes and light- up cup holder and shift boot rings. I miss the opportuinity to join a motoring club as I am in the USAF stationed in Germany. I have looked around for a club but they are few and far between. Plus my German isn't very good, but I only have about 7 more months till i move back to the states.

I bit the bullet after riding in my dealer's JCW Race MCS on the Nurburgring and am having the JCW kit installed in mine on the 15th of December. I am leaving for X-mas leave vacation on the 16th and won't be back until January, so I am very excited about coming back and motoring in my JCW MCS.

Happy Holidays To All,
Guy

Let Me Be The First...

... Welcome and I'm glad to hear from ya! Now you bought your MCS in Germany? Awesome and you rode in a Race prep MCS at Nurburgring? Even Better! Thanks for protecting our freedoms as I know they are not free. Hope for a safe return and Happy Holidays.

K Town, know it well, spent several years over there in the AF. I was stationed at Soesterberg, NL from 1987-1991 then Spangdahlem till 1994. We always came dome to Ramstein and Vogelweigh to the "Land of the Big BX". What branch of service are you with? I'm retired now and miss the fests and friendly people of the small towns in those ares. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask any of us. never know might need something from you someday. Stay safe and thanks for protecting out freedom

Good choice

Your gonna love your JCW car. I have one and it is a blast! Not as fast as some of those Air Force ponies you ride but it ain't bad!

Come home safe.

Aloha from Hawaii and welcome to NAM.
