hello all :)

Came here for help & advice with my little red devil. Not my first mini, but the first one to give me so many headaches 😅 Will be nice to be able to chat with people who know their mini stuff 😎

Hi and welcome to the NAM family!
Lots of good help from many people here at NAM.
Cyl 1 misfire can be, spark plug, wire, bad could, dying cam position sensor, or crank position sensor. The other may be a clogged or bad injector (which is not that common)

thanks! I'm gonna change spark plug wires along with a coolant check for a cracked head tomorrow morning, I found something just now that I can't believe I didn't notice after I've replaced 4 corroded hoses in the cooling system over the last few days, this hose in particular obviously needs to be replaced but I have no idea what hose it is or where it goes I think into the radiator and I'm hoping it has something to do with why my coolant is disappearing, the hose is on the right side of the engine block, any ideas? (Side note: I apologize in advance for the filthy engine)
