New to the Mini game

Sup guys, newbie here! I own a 2008 Chili Red Mini (non-S). I had originally bought it for my wife but looks like I will be daily driving it soon. It has the 6-sped auto with paddle shifters and sport mode. I grew up driving only manuals so this is somewhat of a change but itís not bad, I kinda like it. I wish it could of been an S version with a manual but Itís good to have in case the wife wants to whip it around from time to time still. Iím excited to be trying something different as Iíve always driven and modded Hondaís. Iíd like to do some work to the Mini but donít know what I could do engine wise with the version I have. Iím thinking of just getting a nice set of wheels and maybe bagging it. Well Iíll see you guys around.

Welcome.

From your post it sounds like you are facing the bitter sweet rewards of being a MINI owner... Loads of information here.

Looking forward to seeing some photos of your new ride.

(Red is the fastest color)

Motor On!
