Greetings!

Hello! I'm excited to join and connect with the NAM family! I recently recently purchased my first Mini, an 04 R53 S model that had only 56K on the clock! Black with black and tan mayfair leather. Female adult owned city car it's entire life. The body has it's scrapes and dings but the paint still cleans up nice enough and has plenty of potential, especially as a New England car. Currently stock with the addition of window tint (not photographed) but have a running wishlist of modifications to make in due time!

Looking forward to learning from the vast knowledge of the community and getting to work on my Mini!

Welcome to NAM.

I made a recent post about there still being some nice low mileage Gen1s out there, appears you found one.

I hope so! I definitely feel as though I lucked out on finding this lil guy and am excited for the miles to come! I had to put some money into it up front (A/C compressor, alternator, wheel bearings, muffler and tires) but for a car of it's age and mileage I think it was necessary work versus a foreshadowing of the future state of my wallet.

Are you threatening me with a good time? Because I'll show up!

I've started a running list of some routes and seasons I'd like to experience both down through the Cape and up into New Hampshire. All suggestions welcome!

I lived out on Otis Air Base for three years, I would just jump on a back road and drive, what a great time and some great empty roads when you are away from beach areas.

Motor On!
