Guess I can post now

Just bought a 2006 S from a forum member; been lurking for a few weeks while I looked for a car, so I guess it's time to chime in. I don't have many pics of it yet, but here's a starter

This is actually a first car purchase for my son, so he'll probably be on here soon looking for upgrades...

Welcome to NAM.

If you need help in thinking up excuses on why you need to drive the car, we can help.

Hi and welcome to NAM! I hate to tell you this, but I sense another one is in your near future!
This one is arguably the best model first gen ever made! Make sure to only use synthetic oils.
Check out the Gen 1 section.
Congrats on this one and the next that is soon to come! LOL

This is actually our 2nd MINI; our first was a 2008 S we owned for about 1 week... The clutch failed 91 miles after we bought it (20 hours later) and so after fighting with the dealer a bit we got them to take the car back and give us our money back.

I do hope to get a 3rd sometime in the future so I don't have to steal my kid's car
