Welcome to NAM.

Perhaps not a "S", but you still have a great curve cutter.

drove about 80+ miles yesterday, sunday, truck kicked up a stone / pebble and now i have a small pit in my windshield - d'oh!

and, we found out the passenger seat heater is non-op.

no worries.

i'm off this thursday so i'll get the seat heater taken care of.

Hi and welcome to NAM.
I don't think there is a car made, that does not have a few problems! The seat heater is easy to sort out!

hi everyone,

thank you for the continued welcomes!

brought the clubman in yesterday and the is NO problem with the seat heater and the a/c is working correctly, too

... meaning, all is within bmw/mini's operating specs.

there is some documentation from bmw/mini about the operating temp of the passenger side seat heater and there being a sensor close by. so, maybe that is why it runs cooler than the driver???

so, all is good

my loaner was a '17 clubman non-S with HUD, retractable side mirrors, no pano roof, regular seats and sat radio... those are the differences from my '16 non-S.

i liked that when i reversed the passenger mirror angled down.

HUD was nice when i found a seating position that allowed me to see the speed. i don't know if i could have adjusted the HUD angle.
