Hi guys

Just got a 2011 Cooper S. Gave it a good cleaning and installed Eibach springs.I like driving this car more and more.
My last car was a 2003 Audi A8L so this is a very different experience. I like it!

Welcome to the world of MINI. Very fun cars to drive and modify. Loving my 2011S! 76k miles and counting. Bought gently used at 21k, now he gets run hard on a daily basis. Best bang-for-the-buck car I have ever owned.

Welcome to NAM! Yes, the R56 is a big change up from an A8L! Got any pictures for us? A nice bang for your buck mod would be a rear sway bar. It would compliment your springs nicely. If you ever need anything just give me a shout. Enjoy!

Thanks all, definitely doing the rear sway bar. Also looking into a new exhaust.
Car needs some stickier tires too.

Hi and welcome to NAM! It sounds like you hve the fever and Mods will be coming on, to keep up with your excitement for your Mini.
Wow! From an A8L to a MINI, is quite a change! These are just so much fun to drive. I live in an area with twisties everywhere and I could not be happier with my Minis here!
Show us some pics of your Mini!
Congrats!

Dunlop Direzza ZII Star Specs, you'll love them. Super sticky and responsive tire. I believe the treadwear is about 200 so you don't get massive amount of miles out of the tires, but they are worth every penny. A little bit louder of a tire, but typically only hear it when the windows are down. I love mine.
