I've been looking locally for my first Mini and as of today I am the proud owner of an '03 BRG/BLK MCS. This particular Mini is a little rough but I was looking for a car that was in need of some TLC lots of service. It runs and drives great, the A/C is cold and the tires look almost new. I will post pictures soon.

New to me 2006 MCS Checkmate

 

Thanks folks! Boy, that Checkmate is beautiful....the color Space Blue looks great on a Mini!

 

Only had 52044 when I got it mounts, bushings looked great and all the boots were intact. No checked undercarriage no oil, rust. Some dings and wheel rash. Came with K&N typhoon CAI. Loving it so far.

I completely understand, I look forward to tinkering with my car every day. I have a couple different lists of things to order from our vendors. I too am a happy camper, just wish that I was a rich happy camper and then I could go ahead and order everything on my lists. All in good time I'm afraid.
