(Soon-to-be) New to Mini! Is the extended warranty worth it for a low mileage driver?

I am getting a new F55 Cooper S. I only drive about 5,000 miles a year or even less. I probably would just do the recommended maintenance at the dealer, I wouldn't be able to do work on my own. I plan on keeping this car for maybe 5-6 years. I'm not sure if it's worth getting the extended warranty, or just save that 2k or so in the bank for emergency repairs?

Bank it. Especially a waste of money for a low miles car like yours. Five years of driving and the car is just going to be broken in.
