not true, the mini is self maintenance-able. most things on the mini if you know the basics, still apply towards mini. almost every make ever, has always said to take to the dealership to get maintenance done, because of the people that mistake alternators for turbos, and believe they should be putting sugar in the gas tank to winterize the fuel.

Welcome to NAM, John! As stated, this is not true as you can DIY a lot of fixes/repairs and maintenance needs with your MINI. If you have the tools you should be just fine. What 2011 MINI do you have?

Some very low mileage. Good find! The oil filters here, drain plug and seal here, and oil here for your MINI are fairly inexpensive when it comes time to changing the oil on your own MINI. If you ever need any help please do not hesitate to ask. This forum will be very useful to you when you perform your own work on your new-to-you MINI. Enjoy!
