I recently bought my first Mini, a 2005 base model hardtop.
I look forward to driving as often as I can. I install drapery and window treatments for designers and Lowes and Home Depot and you'd be surprised how much I can pack into Clara Cooper!

I had been searching craigslist and the net regarding Minis and love that I ended up with Clara tho I would never have predicted this while in the process.
I really enjoy that she looks a lot like the earlier classic Minis. I would have bought one of those but need good reliability and good gas mileage since I use her for work.

A person on Craigslist was giving away 4 nice 16" wheels so I have my other set of wheels altho I have also gotten my winter tires already but they are 15" and will go on these wheels.
I prefer to always be driving 16" or larger tires.

 

Looks like you have the sunroof, sooner or later post a pic of your trip with something long poking out the roof!

 

You mean the time I brought home a Korean Maple that was sticking far out the roof? Let's see if I can find the picture.
It was sorta a dumb maneuver, I could have used my minivan.
