Welcome! Im a new mini owner too, here in jersey. Im not far from the city so ive taken it there a few times now. Avoid the right tube of the lincoln tunnel, its murder (washboard!). But other than that, its ridiculously fun to drive most everywhere ive taken mine ('11 clubman s)
