But.... the wait will be worth it. Even 5 years later.

That's what I'm hoping for.

1ginny1, join us in the fun @ https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ort-group.html , post a picture of what your new MINI is going to look like and a description. When your baby does come in, initial thoughts and pictures are mandatory.

The waiting is the hardest part. But it is worth it. You will love your MINI. Happy motoring!

Actually the waiting is one of the most intense parts of the ownership experience: enjoy it's cruel misery! Desire is a great motivator. Use that energy wisely and plan out your first run in the twisties.

The wait is killing me too! What port is yours coming into? My cosmic blue CM is in the paint shop today I'm hoping he makes it aboard the 3/17 boat into NY.

It is getting closer! CM finished production on the 8th of March. It was loaded on to the Jinsei Maru and left port on the 17th. My CMS is expected to arrive in Calif. on the 12th of April. I am not able to track my Mini using the WW site, different shipping, but I am able to track on Marinetraffic.com when it is not out of range. The only way I was able to stay up to date with progress was through my MA at Stevens Creek Mini. OL and Mini Hotline were not much help, especially when CMS was sitting at port and they seemed to stop tracking it on the 11th. I am thankful my Mini went into production before March 1st to miss the "COUNTRYMAN" letters on the boot! I have learned through this experience that I am NOT a very patient person! :-)
