2012 Goodwood
What kind of suggestions are you looking for? It an over priced MINI. Yes the interior is amazing, but it was over 50k. Are you getting it new or used? Price? Many were being heavily discounted because they could not sell them.
Thanks for the reply. It is new and initial talks were $40,000.00 out the door. That seems fair. I am buying this as a present for my 60th birthday later in the year. This is a weekend cruiser and take to car shows. Mitch
You might check century mini in Greenville, sc
I noticed that Century mini in Greenville sc has 2 Goodwoods and they're advertising them for just over $38k. Not sure if its worth the drive for you but maybe so? Ask for Lindsey H., she's good to work with.

Mini of Chicago had 4 thinking they would sell all 4 and most likely make a decent profit on these more expensive models (I have to assume there is a high profit margin in the Goodwood). However, they sat on the showroom. I've heard of pricing in the upper $30's for the remaining ones at this dealer. I bet by this time they are getting very agressive with pricing.
The Goodwood is a very cool Mini in my book if you can afford it. Stealth looks to the average joe, but cool to those in the know. That interior is simply phenomenal.
I would also assume these models went from the delivery truck to the detail bay and then to the showroom floor. Makes me wonder if the remaining models around at various dealers would have any sort of excessive flat spotting of tires from sitting around or discharged batteries from lack of use...?
I bought a new, but over 13 month old Porsche back in 2009 (it was a left over 2008 Boxster). The tires were severely checked (cracked) from all the sitting the car did (granted, it was outside all of the time) and the warranty card was punched much earlier than the date of my purchase. All stuff to investigate on a left over '12...

Thanks for that good information. I am going to contact them tomorrow and see what price they can give me. I will ask about the tires and battery? I think $39,000.00 out the door plus throw in a car cover would be a reasonable good deal. Mitch

Mini of Plano (Texas) had one, and it went quick! Beautiful interior, too easy to get dirty IMO. If your able to, and know of a good independent mechanic, have them do an inspection on the MINI and see what their opinion is. Can't hurt to try.
