New MCS owner here

So i just sold my 2002 Saab 9-3 and am getting a 2004 MCS on Monday with 88k miles look forward to doing meets and mountain drives with other members of what seems to be a GREAT Mini community. Hopefully nicer then some of the Saab community members LOL. So until i get it home and do my own photos here is the link to the car.

Congrats on your new car! You'll love your MINI and the people who drive them are awesome. I just got my second MINI, a 2013 Cooper S, spice orange/black with black sport stripes. I'm loving it and still love my 2006 chili red/white Cooper. We are deciding whether to sell or keep the 2006, in no hurry to make a decision. I hope you have lots of fun miles in your MINI!

So just out of curiousity, The MCS comes with Nav, and i dont particularly care for it. How much work will i be looking at swaping the large speedometer in taking the nav out? is it all plug and play?
