New Mini Owner

3 weeks ago, I got my 2013 Mini Cooper. Psyched! I sadly gave up my 20 year old Acura Integra when I bought the Mini and I have not been disappointed. It's even more fun to drive. I uploaded a picture of my baby, which I call 'Clooney' because it's a silver fox. White-silver body, white top, manual transmission, 17-inch black star alloy wheels, leather sports seats, and white turn signals. My husband rented a Mini for me this summer so I could see what features I did/did not want. We drove from Los Angeles up Highway 1 all the way to the lost coast. Zooming! It was great whipping around all those RVs.

Now, I need some help with the roof-rack install instructions. I'm pretty handy being a sculptor, but I will darned if I can find the so-called "secure fittings" and "pre-punched" part of the gutter I am supposed to remove before installing. The drawings are vague, with no specifications about exactly where these mysterious starting points are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That White Silver looks whiter than any pic of that color I've seen. Almost looks pure white. Almost makes me wish MINI made a pure white color.

Congrats and welcome!

BTW.... had a 1993 Integration and it was one of my favorite cars I've ever owned.

Thanks!

What's 1993 integration or was that not for me?

They actually easier to find in the dark with a flashlight pointed straight down from the top. When u do the install make sure you put them on properly. The one for the front has little protrusions on the bottom to cut wind noise.
