New 2012 MCS Owner Saying Hi
New 2012 MCS Owner Saying Hi
Got my MCS about a month ago and figured it was time to stop being a creepy lurker on the forms, so... Hi!
Haven't done much yet except for the stripes and getting a short antenna and chrome air intakes. Only think I'm currently planning is replacing the stock radio head/unit with a Kenwood DNX7190HD. I found some really good information on here so thanks for all who took the time to post

Glad you came out and became an active member of NAM. We've got some great roads to drive on in the Pac NW. Too bad the rain seems to have begun again for the winter, but we'll get a few gorgeous clear crisp fall days. Great for a MINI drive.
Enjoy your new MINI.

Just hit 2600 miles after about 5 weeks of driving. I love it and have a serious dilemma trying to decide between it or my motorcycle on sunny days!
I'm still getting used to the reverse next to first gear thing. Been years since I've driven a manual but I still try to find reverse next to 6th.
Mini2na: check out a book called "Motorcycle Journeys through the Pacific Northwest" by Bruce Hansen. Has some excellent drives.

Full view of everything and you can relax if you want to.
Welcome the fun world of MINI ownership. Isn't it great that is the dilemma that you have
Sure, if we were talking about any old motorcycle, but this is my beloved Ducati Monster. It really is a good dilemma to have!
