Hello NAM,

My name is Ted. I ordered my first MINI a few weeks ago and the waiting is already driving me nuts. I ordered a MCS hardtop, British Racing Green II with white sport stripes. The only goodies I splurged for were the H/K radio upgrade and 17" wheels. Went through South Bay MINI here is Southern California. They've been great. Sorry for the stock photo. I'm looking forward to getting lots of pictures when I finally get my car.

I was driving a 2004 BMW 330ci when someone ran a red light. So much for my plan of driving that one into the ground. So as I got to thinking what would be a good replacement, everything else felt like vanilla ice cream. The MINI option was the only one that sounded fun.

Looking forward to joining the ranks of waving MINI fans here come the middle of next month.

We just picked up a clubman for no apparent reason and can't seem to put it down.

Yup our Clubman was an upgrade from a perfectly fine '93 Acura Vigor I had yet to drive into the ground.

Congrats Ted! I just posted pictures of our new BRG and just love the car & color. We almost ordered a '13 through SoBay Mini to get the exact options that we wanted - but couldn't wait when we found a '12 at a great price with just a few extras. (We're now SO glad that we got the larger tires!)

It shouldn't be too much longer for you and you'll get the new model year (with better appreciation) and exactly what you want. Let's join the "Official BRG Club" on this forum!
