TALISMAN is underway from Southampton!

Next Stop Baltimore.

Anyone know the time frame from Baltimore to Chicago (Knauz Mini)?

My all4 is on the talisman too! (I think). I'm hoping things go smoothly enough that I'm able to drive my baby home before April. Coming just a bit farther, to stl mini.

Just had to reply to that. I do this all the time. I've wanted a Mini for years and ordered a Coupe S recently. Got my production number today! It's even worse because my wife has a 2006 Mini Cooper so I feel right driving it and wrong driving my car.

Tortugas is past the canal... or at least, the locks. I guess it takes a while to get over to the west side.

Oh, so lucky!! Mine is still "awaiting transport" per the owner's lounge. It was finished with production on 3/7.....I was hoping it was on this ship, but never showed up on the WW tracking website. When did your status change in the ol? I'm holding out hope that they just haven't updated either site yet. Doesn't look like the next ship leaves until approx 3/27. Ugg, the wait.

Mine is absolute black, white roof, white boot & bonnet stripes, chrome ext/int, carbon black lounge leather, Prem. pkg, tech pkg w/nav, split rail.

(hey can anyone tell me how to put your car "stats" as your signature, below the black line in your post?) thanks

It may be on one of the k-line ships or perhaps on the ship that left yesterday ... I'd contact your MA and ask them!

And as far as the stats on your car in the user CP and "edit signature" and enter in the info there. Hope this helps!

Mine doesn't show up on the WW tracking website, though the Asian King voyage shows up on their schedule website. I believe it is a ship contracted to WW. My MA was the one who gave us the ship name.

After several months of patiently awaiting its arrival, I'm finally picking up my new Coupe S tomorrow morning. It'll be my first MINI, but I'm predicting it won't be my last....

So, apparently it's going to take three weeks to truck my car from Oxnard to Portland, OR.
I was told the car would be in on the 14th (today) and now my MA says it should be in on the 27th. I did ask him if there was a problem at the VDC and he asked where the Owners Lounge said it was. It has been at the VDC since the 7th/8th.....
I'm really starting to get worried because the dealer has no idea what is going on or where my car is at!!

So, if any of you who took delivery in PDX, how long did it take from Oxnard to Portland????????????

Fellow Fedora friends

I am tentatively scheduled to pick my JCW Coupe up tomorrow afternoon. She says it shows having been dropped off at 4:40 today, which in dealer land means it might come tonight.....anyway, ramping up the anticipation,.....a little. Ready for all this waiting to be over.

I don't have the PDX answer, but many folks will attest that the Owners' Lounge is notoriously inaccurate- It has been known to be off by 2-3 weeks. Makes me wonder if there's a human updating everyone's records?! (Ludicrous!)

I wonder if you could talk to the supervisor. It doesn't sound like you've had the best MA. I would think it might take a week for that ride, but that's just a guess. I know nothing. But I hope you get your car soon!

Just ordered my new Countryman S on Monday night and as of this morning he's already scheduled for production!

Built with the following specs:
Metallic Absolute Black
Black Lounge Leather (Rear Sport Seats)
Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Technology Package (w/out Nav)
Dual Pane Sunroof
Xenon Headlights w/ Black Headlight Housing
White Turn Signals
Chrome Driving/Rally Lights
Chrome Line Exterior
Anthracite Headliner
Front and Rear Armrests
Anthracite Tunnel Spokes

I'm trading in my 2010 Pepper White Justa AKA "Watson". Very happy with the deals I got on both the ordered Mini and my trade, though I think my haggling has eliminated the possibility of them throwing in anything extra, like rubber mats.

And now I wait...sigh.

WOW!

The size of these carriers amaze me...monsters.

Now: were you camped on the livecam to grab that, or just knew approximate time?

Gotta love the power of the web!

Camped on the webcam, but I was following it on Marinetraffic so I kinda knew when it would be there.
