Checking on the WW site under track and trace - put your VIN in the cargo ID spot.

Just checked this morning and mine is on board with an ETA into NYC of 10/3!

This waiting is KILLING me. I have to drive by the dealership every day on my way to work. Even though I know there is now way my car would be there yet I still look every time as I drive by. No shipping info yet about my Cooper. It is at the port waiting on a shipping vessel according to the robo ask mini. I have been driving a 2001 4runner that smells like wet dog for the last 3 years every day for 2 hours a day.

I checked mine also, she's bound for NY already aboard the Topeka. ETA 10/3/12. I am so happy! :-)

Yes! Was so frustrated that I missed the TORNOTO after my car arrived a couple days before departure, but now seeing some other people's waits, feeling good she's on her way across the pond!

Not on that boat. Maybe the Don Juan departing the 25th, arriving in Brunswick 10/15.

There probably is so many cars to be shipped they all miss the first boat. Just a thought.

That's what I was thinking, too - a line at the port. Seems like it's the cause of the bottleneck.

I can picture it in my mind: all those MINIs waiting patiently for their turns to board, and once aboard, will have a collective sigh of relief, knowing that they will soon be together with their owners. :-) "childish" hehehe

I hope you get your mini sooner. You need to get off your wet-dog-smelling-car right away! :-)

If you find the port at Bremerhaven on Google Maps you can see that there are a lot of cars there. So it's no surprise that it can take some time to sort it all out, especially since the shipping schedules are a little unpredictable (if you check the schedules week to week they can change substantially).

As far as news of my own car, the boat arrived at New York (well, Jersey City) this morning. Now, I'm just a week away from our expected pick-up date!

Yeah! That's what I said when I looked. And then I kept noticing more and more lots. I think I read that it's 2nd largest auto export port in Europe having expanded in the past few years. (The fact that I bothered to read that just shows how crazy one can go in this waiting process!)

Hmmm, hard to tell the status of my car this morning. The WW site is updated now adding the following statuses:

20-09-2012 08:00:00 - Discharged
21-09-2012 00:00:00 - Customs Release
21-09-2012 08:00:00 - Delivered From
21-09-2012 08:06:33 - Liner Release

It's hard to know for sure, but it sounds like 'Liner Release' has been the final status for some recent WW shipments. ASK-MINI Robot and OL (no surprise) haven't changed their tunes yet.

I'll probably break down and call my MA, which is probably appropriate at this point anyway!

Give me my gosh darn car!!!

My MA is out until Tuesday, but I spoke with someone else from the dealership. She said they're getting it in their warehouse today and I should be able to get it "early to mid next week". Only a few more days of patience needed.

Well, in an interesting turn of events the OL has an update (at VDC) and the robot still says in transit. Not that what they say really matters at this point, since the deal said they were getting it yesterday. Why am I still checking? It's all I know how to do anymore!
