Be forewarned though...the waiting doesn't end once you have your whip!
Rather than waiting to pick it up from the dealer, you are perpetually waiting to be done wherever you are so you can get back to motoring! It becomes a vicious circle!

Based on Wicked's projected birthday, it doesn't look good for making the next ship (Taipan) which leaves on 6/23 and arrives 7/12. :( The next ship after that is the Fiago which leaves on 7/4 and arrives in Port H on 7/25.
Hopefully you will get lucky and catch the Taipan. Fingers crossed!

Got a text from my MA yesterday that Bubba was on a boat and should be in the US by the end of the month. He is on The Florida Highway. I had been checking the WW lines and nothing was showing up, he is on the K line. By the schedule he left June 15th. I am so excited!!!

I followed Tombarra as she loitered outside the canal. Apparently she was waiting for a berth in Colon. After a quick 7-hr stop (cargo offload?) she is now motoring through the canal. I note that ETA Port Hueneme is still June 28.

There may be other voyages between 6/23 & 7/4 that aren't listed on the WW schedule. When Raphael missed the Tombarra on 6/8 I thought I'd be waiting for the Taipan, but then he got loaded on the Vega_Leader on 6/10. So even if you do miss the Taipan there is still hope you'll get loaded sooner.

The OL just now updated to tell me that my MINI's estimated arrival date is... 6/19/12, which was yesterday. My MA hasn't even called me yet!!! I will be calling him in the morning. I don't understand this.

I went to the panama canal website and looked at their webcams. The Gatun locks are on the atlantic (caribbean) side and the Miraflores locks are on the Pacific side. When I tracked the ship on marinetracker.com and I saw that the ship was close to the canal, i started browsing the webcams. I know, major ship stalker, huh? lol
