OMG - What A Blast!
Long admired, but never the right time in life to own a MINI....until now.
2011 White Silver MCS all mine - OMG, what an absolute blast! I didn't think I would be able to part with my 05 Acura TL easily....what Acura? I have logged 1700 miles in the three weeks I have owned her. I use any excuse to drive - and never take the short route. My two hour roundtrip daily commute seems like 20 minutes...I find myself grinning along the way for no particular reason at all.
My husband thought it was a "girl car", until the day I brought it home and he drove it for the first time. Now he understands.
I would like to thank all of you "pros" out there - I read this forum relentlessly and learned so much from you while I looked for my perfect MINI (too impatient to order one - I like instant gratification). I felt like a seasoned pro when I slipped behind the wheel for the first time.

Congratulations! The term for your condition is called "PermaGrin"
I have had mine a little over 4 months, and then a little over a month for our second one.
I wonder how long it will be before your hubby wants his own??

Congrats to you, welcome to NAM and the smile never really goes away. Two years after getting my MINI and the "PermaGrin"
