No power steering, battery drain

I have a 2002 Mini Cooper. I began having trouble a year ago when the car would over heat, when idle and the a/c was running.(Also had oil leak here) I did not repair. Took it to the MINI dealer, they said I had a faulty fan and replaced that. Upon leaving the lot the a/c was still shutting off when idle.
The starter went out 4 months later.
One month later the power steering pump went out. I also had an oil leak. I had the power steering pump replaced and they said the oil leak was gone too. Was related to PSP.
One month later the power steering began to go out I could feel it. Two days later the alternator went out. A local dealership (Ford) replaced alternator. Something is still pulling the battery down and there is no power steering.
I have spent $3000. I don't know what to do next. Do I have a lemon here? Can a local BMW dealership fix this. I have very little money left to waste. My next move needs to be right.

Power steering pump is bad. Or when it went out it popped the 100 amp fuse on the back side of the fuse box under the hood, and it didn't get replaced. Oh, and your alternator probably wasn't bad either.
