Small Collision - HELP ID what was damaged!

I was driving my '06 this week and plowed over something in the road. It was rainy and dark when I hit the unknown object. I am guessing a large semi truck recap or something large.

I ran directly over the object and it ripped off the bottom piece of front ground effect. This is the one that has the black ridge on the bottom and is inches from the road. This unknown object also broke off a piece of plastic on which the radiator sits. I have the remaining piece bungeed up, because the radiator is swaying when this piece is dangling down. Can anyone help me identify this piece of plastic that is broken in my attached photo? Also the price and ease of changing it out myself?

See attached photo, I have more if anyone needs another angle.

Looks like your splash shield that broke off.

Check out this diagram as well

I hit what looked like somebodys hood. It was light coloured and flat. It came into and out of my headlight beams before I could register what the heck it was, then Bam! There was no damage thankfully.

Wasn't paying attention completely but taking a second look at it, you may have broken off the entire bottom piece of your front panel. See below.

You may want to have your crank sensor o-ring or your oil pan gasket checked out. You've got a bit gunk on your oil pan from your leak.

Good excuse to get a new Aero Front bumper! My dealership gave me a deal on a new Aero bumper for $440.

Also, I have my stock bumper for my 03 R53 already sanded if you want it. Was gonna repaint it, but got the aero instead.

I was going to tackle this repair myself until I found out from the MINI body shop that it was indeed a broken radiator mount in the photos. Apparently this repair involves a lot more time and effort than I have to put into this. Also upon further inspection, the condensor was bent and the condensor bracket was broken. I believe I will take the insurance claim on this one since it was a "collision". Thanks for all the suggestions and keep an eye out for those
