I have been on the boards for a few weeks now. I am waiting for my CM to come over and meet his new family! Great site and appreciate all the comments and advice.

I already am planning on getting the windows tinted and some stripes but not sure what kind yet. Car was finished on 2/28 and am still waiting as of right now to find out when it will be taking the long trip across the pond to Port Hueneme, CA and then to me!

My MA has been great about keeping me informed! I can definitely say I am addicted and this won't be my last MINI, only my first!

 

My dealer is keeping mum about everything! I have at least another month to wait.

We just bought our 3rd MINI. My husband took delivery of his CM last week. He's loved my R53 since I got it 5 1/2 years ago and loved driving it every chance he got. When we decided he should downsize from his Nissan Titan Crew Cab, we looked at a few 4 door SUV/wagon style vehicles, but the fun factor behind the wheel of the MINI won out every time. The new clutch was the cherry on top. Here's hoping you have as many smile filled driving years as we've had so far!

I just found out my CM is on the Tristan and is on his way to his new family! Looks like the Tristan is scheduled to port in Port Hueneme around the 6th of April. The waiting is going to be tough but at least I know it is on the way!
