About a month ago I started having issues with the car starting
(2006 standard 5 speed 60 k).

It progressively got worse and was losing electrical power when driving so took it to the dealer.

They tell me something went wrong with the bolts holding the battery in place
and the cables melted together causing my problems.

I have never had the battery replaced and the only work done so far was replacing the water pump about 18 months ago at the dealer.

They are being very sketchy about the bolts, I think they forgot to replace them.

Any ideas or thoughts????
